Samsung Music app now available on Google Play Store

Every smartphone, from different companies, comes with some apps that are exclusive to those smartphones like Sony Apps for Sony smartphones and Samsung Apps for Samsung smartphones. But a problem with such apps is that if the company wants to update them, it will have to push a system update to do so.

But now the companies have adopted a smarter strategy and started to make their apps available on Play Store so that they can update them independently.

Samsung Music has joined the list of such apps. Samsung Music is now available on store. The app is just like the other music apps and it is optimized for Samsung devices.

The app can play almost all audio formats including MP3, FLAC, AAC, and WMA. You can sort songs by Genre, Folder, Composer, Album, Track and Artist.

The app is still in beta so you can come across some bugs while using it. It is currently available for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge only. We hope that Samsung will support other Samsung devices soon. As the application is still in beta, so we can hope that it will soon support other devices as soon as it comes out of beta.
